Elfenworks Center
for Responsible Business

The Elfenworks Center for Responsible Business is dedicated to promoting business education and practices that transcend mere profitability to advance the common good and to drive positive social change. We strive to be a thought leader in environmental stewardship, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee well-being, and other social justice matters as they relate to business practices and policies.

Our primary goal is to inspire social responsibility among the business leaders of today and tomorrow. To achieve this, we organize events such as thought-provoking documentary screenings, inspirational guest speaker sessions, engaging panels, immersive workshops, and dynamic mini-conferences. These gatherings focus on various aspects of responsible business and offer the participants opportunities to connect, learn, and collaborate for a more sustainable and socially responsible future.

Importantly, at the heart of our mission, we also actively advise, support and partner with the Saint Mary’s Chapter of Net Impact. This campus organization is run by students and is dedicated to promoting responsible business practices both on and off-campus.
