Spring Interim Stay & Summer Housing

- Spring 2025 to Summer 2025 Housing Transition
- Tentatively slated for May 30th 9am- May 31st 12pm
- Students staying between Spring and Summer housing will stay in their Spring housing assignment until May 30th, and then will transition over to their summer assignment in the summer housing residence hall (Marjorie David Ageno (Ageno B)) by 12pm on May 31st

Thank you for your interest in an interim stay or summer housing at Saint Mary's College! Summer Housing requests for 2025 are due on May 9th 2025.
Eligibility:
Interim Stay: Any student living on campus enrolled in the Spring 2025 semester will be eligible for interim and/or late stay, but must receive approval from Campus Housing. Interim stay is the immediate time after the closure of the residence halls in May.
Summer Housing: Students who are enrolled for either Summer 2025 term or the Fall 2025 term are eligible for on campus housing during the summer.
How To Apply/Request:
Please complete and submit the 2025 interim/late stay form and/or the summer housing application via the Housing Residence Life Portal by May 9th (Available April 2nd). Once submitted, the Campus Housing Office will follow up with further details on your request.
Interim Stay Dates and Costs:
All students who wish to stay on campus after move-out, 12pm on May 23, 2025, must complete the late stay request form by no later than Friday, May 9th via the Residence Life Housing Portal (to open April 2nd).
Requests will not be accepted after May 9th. All requests received after May 9th will accrue a $50 late fee if approved. A rental charge per night will be applied to a student's account and is based on the current residence hall assignment. Graduating Seniors are permitted to stay until 12pm on Sunday, May 25th, but must sign up utilizing the form as well.
All students who wish to stay on campus past May 25, 2024 must apply for summer housing via the Residence Life Housing Portal.

Summer Housing Dates & Costs:
Costs will be determined by which room type you receive and length of stay. All requests for singles are subject to availability. Students will be assigned rooms for their summer housing assignments. Summer housing for 2025 will be in Marjorie David Ageno (Ageno B).
Students will be charged the appropriate weekly room rate by the number of weeks as indicated by expected check-out date on the summer 2025 housing application (available starting April 2nd in Residence Life Housing Portal).
Students who move-out prior to their indicated check-out date will receive a $100 early termination fee.

Meal Plans: While historically there have not beena y meal plans available during the summer, we are working with Dining Services on a bundled housing and meals rate that may adjust the rates above. More information to come***** At this time there will not be any meal plans available for purchase and are not included in room costs listed above, but students can purchase Flex dollars to be used in Oliver Hall, Coffee Shop, etc. Learn more about dining options by clicking here.
Summer Residence Hall:
All summer residents will be housed in a one residence hall (Marjorie David Ageno (Ageno B)). Students will be placed into either a single or double, dependent on availability. There are communal kitchens in the building for students to access.
Important Dates...
Students on campus who are approved for summer housing will move to their summer assignment tentatively slated for May 30th 9:00am - May 31st 12pm. Campus Housing will send more detail transition moving logistics information prior.
Students off campus who are approved for summer housing will move into their summer assignment as early as May 30, 2025 between 12pm-4pm.
