MySMC Directory Improvements

We are pleased to announce that the MySMC Directory for Faculty and Staff has gone through a refresh!

Data Clean Up

The data has been cleaned up and all new employees have been added, and individuals who are no longer with the college have been removed. We have implemented processes to maintain a consistently up-to-date view of the current members within the college community.

Edit Your Own Directory Information

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows Faculty and Staff to make edits to their own directory information. To edit your information, simply follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Directory in MySMC.
  2. Click on the "Edit Your Directory Information" link.
  3. Review your information on the screen. 
  4. Click on the pencil and paper icon to make edits.
  5. Press the "Edit Record" button to immediately update your information in the directory.

Verify and Update

We encourage all members to visit the MySMC Directory and verify the accuracy of their profiles. If any changes are needed, please take advantage of the editing feature.

These updates aim to keep our Faculty and Staff directory current and user-friendly. We appreciate your cooperation and believe these enhancements will contribute to an improved directory experience.
