Saint Mary’s College Dance Company proudly presents “Where the Seasons Meet”, a shared concert of dances presented by ten choreographers from the Class of 2026. This exciting dance production offers the audience a range of dance styles including Contemporary, Modern, Baile Folklórico, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Tap, West African, and Dance Theatre. After four years of study in the Dance Program, these emerging choreographers are creating personal works exploring themes of culture and identity, community, purpose, personal growth and individuality, resilience, and love. Come to celebrate these incredible choreographers and their new work!

We are testing out a new livestream option at 2pm on Saturday, 11/15. So, we are encouraging a $20 donation to the Dance Program instead of purchasing a ticket to it. The link for the livestream will be posted here by Nov. 13.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

  • Will call/check-in is located in LeFevre Theatre (across from the entrance to the SMC Bookstore). There are no physical tickets for this production. To check in, come to LeFevre's glass front doors (Will Call), and we will match your name against the list of reservations. A limited number of walk-up tickets are also available at the Box Office half an hour before each performance, via cash or check only. Those wishing to use credit card for additional tickets should purchase them online at stmarys-ca.edu/dance-fa25
  • If you need to change your ticket to a different performance, just come to the Box Office at the new time and tell us what date you bought the ticket for, and we'll make the adjustment. Please do not notify us ahead of time.
  • Parking is in the Soda Center parking lot. Please arrive early as parking can be difficult to find at times. Parking may also be available in the gravel lot across the street from the Soda Center or up Mission Road. Guests, please follow the signage at the visitor's lots to pay 50 cents per hour for a parking permit via credit card or by texting PAY to 77447 and entering SMC as the zone number. Parking permits are required 24/7 at SMC. Please note: Parking will be a little more difficult to find on Friday due to the Men's basketball game at the UCU Pavilion. Please allow yourself extra time and park in the allowed lots for that day. You should not pay the athletics' parking fee if you tell them you're here for a Performing Arts event.
  • If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait in the lobby until the current dance piece is finished.
  • Program: For every student performer, there are nearly twice as many whose rehearsal and backstage support makes the production possible. Please join us in thanking these valued members of WHERE THE SEASONS MEET. The full program is at the top of the web page: stmarys-ca.edu/dance-fa25
