About

In collaboration with the Library, STEM Center, Veteran Affairs, Student Involvement and Leadership (SIL), and the Mission and Ministry Center, join us in some crafts to celebrate Día de los Muertos.

This year, Dia de los Muertos and Our Lady of Guadalupe Celebrations is being inspired by the theme La Luna y El Sol: La Promesa de Guadalupe (Moon and Sun: Guadalupe’s Promise).

Join us in our crafting of papel picado, paper cempasúchil (marigolds), and have skulls to paint. As always you can take your craft home or you can offer your craft to help decorate the various on campus ofrendas.

Join us in the STEM Center on October 21 to craft away! (3 to 5 p.m.)
Join us again in Dryden on October 29! (7 to 9 p.m.)

If you aren't interested in these crafts specifically, bring any other crafting or maker project you have and work on it in community.

All SMC students, faculty, and staff are welcome.
