Saint Mary's College of California and the Department of Nursing are proud to present renowned public speaker and nursing theorist Maria W. O’Rourke and her virtual program: “Professional Role Identity Formation and Role Clarity: Pathway to Practice Excellence in Academia and Service."
This event will be held from 9:00 to 12:30 on October 9, 2024. It will include a keynote by Dr. O’Rourke, four breakout sessions that will profile how her work has been applied in real-time practice, and an interactive dialogue session. See firsthand how the Model of the Professional Role™ can Improve practice. Engage in group discussion on practical action steps supported by real-time experiences and backed by quality results.
