Late Night Leadership: Controversy with Civility & Navigating Difficult Conversations

This workshop will give participants the opportunity to evaluate their own personal assumptions, perspectives, and worldviews while increasing their awareness for others assumptions, perspectives, and worldviews; weigh the difference between facilitating dialogue around difference versus engaging in debate or argument; and reflect and identify tools and skills for engaging others with differing points of view to increase mutual understanding.
