Join in for this fun yet challenging Power Vinyasa practice.  This practice is drafted to embody the flow state of yoga, designed to focus, energize, empower, open your heart to set your mind free. Be ready to move, breathe, frolic and sweat.  Feel free to alter as you see fit. 

Meet our Instructor: Traveling through a rich and transformative yoga journey spanning over two decades, Maria's story reflects the profound impact that yoga can have on one’s life and the continuous learning and growth that comes with it. Embarking on a yoga teacher training journey, exploring various styles such as Yoga Tune Up and Yoga Medicine demonstrates her commitment to deepening her understanding of yoga and it’s therapeutic aspects. In Maria's teachings, you can expect a practice focused on strength, function and range of motion while going further towards a holistic approach that goes beyond the physical postures, to address and inspire your overall well being.
