Professional Overview
Bio: Dr. Kevin Okoeguale holds a PhD in finance from the University of Georgia, an MS in Finance from the University of Rochester, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Kennesaw State University. He has worked in academic and consulting capacities, including full time at Deloitte Consulting.
He is currently an Associate Professor of Finance at Saint Mary’s College of California, in the School of Economics and Business Administration (SEBA). He conducts corporate finance research primarily in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
