Professional Overview

Bio: Wenting Pan is a full professor in the Business Analysis Department at the School of Economics and Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of California. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, her Master’s in Management from the University of Durham in the UK, and her Bachelor’s in Biological Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. She joined Saint Mary’s in 2012. She has served as the director of the MSBA program, director of the EMBA program, and department chair. Her research interests include managing supply chain uncertainty, sourcing strategies, inventory management, and decision analysis. She has teaching and related experience in business statistics, (advanced) data analytics, operations management, and supply chain management.
