Micah Sallid

Professional Overview

Micah Sallid was born in Los Angeles and at a young age began studying with Arlene Kennedy Universal Dance Design and performed with the Kennedy Tap Company, and later moved to the South to become a company member of Decatur City Dance. They later choreographed, studied, and toured with the Broadway Dreams Foundation nationally. Micah graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a BA in Dance and a minor in Women & Gender Studies. Within their college career two of their choreographed pieces represented Saint Mary’s College at ACDA. Micah was featured in Dance Magazine, is a faculty member at Saint Mary’s College in the dance program, and is currently performing and touring with the Bay Area Tap company La Mezcla.
