Dr. Kathleen Taylor Invited to Present at World Bank Headquarters

The KSOE is pleased to announce that Dr. Kathleen Taylor has been invited to present at a seminar at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, DC. The World Bank is looking to hold seminars in June to bring together fresh perspectives on adult learning and the implications for training programs for older workers.  Dr.  Taylor's chapter (SMC students can read it here) "Brain Function and Adult Learning: Implications for Practice" in the book The Neuroscience of Adult Learning: New Directions for Adult and Continuing Education.

Dr. Taylor, professor in the KSOE Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, has also been awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to lecture and do research in Athens, Greece in 2013.
