IT Systems Status and Updates

3/17/25 Campus Internet

2:50PM Update: We are pleased to report the following services have been restored: Internet connectivity, VPN access, and FS2 Access. Other campus services are currently being restored in phases with priority systems being brought online first. The IT Services  team continues to work diligently to restore all remaining services. We appreciate your patience as we complete the full restoration process.

12:00PM Update: The campus continues to experience campus-wide internet outage affecting all campus services. We are currently investigating the cause of the outage and will implement the necessary solutions to restore connectivity.
We will continue monitoring the situation closely and provide timely updates as more information becomes available.

8/17/24 Campus Internet

3:00PM RESOLVED: The issue has been traced to a faulty piece of equipment related to the fiber optic system. The equipment has been replaced, and we are monitoring the situation closely to ensure stability.

2:00PM Update: The campus continues to experience campus-wide internet outage affecting all campus services. Our IT team is actively collaborating with our Internet Service Provider (ISP) to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We are currently investigating the cause of the outage and will implement the necessary solutions to restore connectivity.
