Saint Mary's College’s first-ever KSOE Spring Career Fair was buzzing with energy, as attendees seized the opportunity to meet with 55+ local schools, school districts, non-profits and agencies offering full-time jobs, part-time positions, internships, and field placements. The atmosphere was electric, with over 175 students and alumni actively engaging with recruiters and making lasting impressions on future employers.

The event kicked off with warm welcomes from KSOE Associate Dean Monica Fitzgerald, Director of Student Success Victoria Crum, and Director of Admissions/Marketing Sandy Preto. Several KSOE faculty and staff also attended, alongside support from the Career Center team. Their collective commitment to student success ensured the fair ran smoothly and was an unforgettable experience for all involved.

"The career fair was a networking goldmine," said Victoria Crum, Director of Student Success and organizer of the event. "Students and alumni had the chance to meet recruiters face-to-face, practice interview skills, and follow up on job applications in ways that an online submission just can't replicate. These connections will have a lasting impact on their careers."

The inaugural fair exceeded expectations and is already poised to become a cherished tradition at Saint Mary's College—offering even more opportunities for students and alumni in the years ahead.
