Counseling And Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS will be closed for the Christmas/New Year's break from December 17th - January 1st, 2024.
If you are having a medical emergency, please call/text 988, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
Timely Care is also a helpful interim alternative. If you want to speak with someone immediately, select the TalkNow in the TimelyCare app.
The therapists at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can help you explore different ways to deal with life's transitions and assist you with more serious concerns—all in a confidential, culturally sensitive, supportive environment. Counseling can help you develop more fulfilling relationships, succeed academically, and feel a greater connection to the SMC community. Confidential services are available at no additional cost to Saint Mary’s graduate and full-time undergraduate students.
