Majors & Minors 

Do you want to change your major or add a major(s)/minor(s)? Submit the Declaration of Major/Minor Form.

Split and Individualized Majors

Split major: create a major out of two existing majors. 
Individualized major: create a major that does not exist.

In order to move forward with either of the above options, you need to meet with your academic advisor and submit a Special Action Petition to the registrar's office.

Once you complete your course and receive a grade, you can mail or email your official, sealed transcripts to:
