Campus Facilities Project Request Form

In alignment with the Strategic Plan, we are restructuring how we process project requests. We ask that you please work in collaboration with the students, staff, and/or facility of your department to envision projects that will support the learning environment. In partnership with campus departments it is the goal of Facilities Services to ensure that our projects, designs, and renovations encompass the following points:

• Develop accessible, flexible, and creative spaces, including spaces that can function as innovative classrooms, meeting spaces, performance centers, and recreational spaces.
• Employ continuous improvement strategies throughout the institution that promote accountability and high performance.
• Implement improved financial and budgetary management policies, procedures, and practices and increase operational excellence and effectiveness.
• Ensure the College’s financial stability, sustain our mission, and propel it into the future.

With this in mind, your project should provide an opportunity to reimagine, redesign, and reinvent Saint Mary’s identity as a liberal arts institution and transform the built campus environment into a living laboratory for equitable and sustainable solutions.  Projects requested will be considered for the budget of the next upcoming fiscal year. All submitted projects will be prioritized and considered based upon the College needs and approval of your Department approval.
As a department, we have to prioritize projects according to campus needs. Declined project requests will be archived for future consideration. With the Strategic Plan at the forefront of our projected plans, we invite you to complete the request form below.
