Residential Staff Opportunities

Resident Directors play a crucial role in supporting the academic, personal, and social development of our residential students. This live-in position requires a strong commitment to Saint Mary’s College’s Catholic, Lasallian, and Liberal Arts traditions, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.

The application for 2024-2025 Resident Directors is now closed.

The process for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in June 2025.
