Listening Sessions
The Saint Mary's Presidential Search Committee and search firm greatly value a broad range of input into this important process. To that end, we have scheduled a series of listening sessions, including in-person and virtual options.
The listening sessions offer a critical opportunity for the search firm and our campus search committee to hear from our campus community and learn from students, faculty, and staff what attributes and characteristics they believe are needed in our next president. The input heard at these listening sessions will directly inform the Presidential Leadership Profile that will be used in the recruitment process to attract potential candidates.
Members of the SMC campus community should check their email for links and additional information on the schedule below. For invited guests, as well as faculty and staff who may have a schedule conflict specific to their original session, an Alternate Session will be available that day.
