7. Room Selection Appointment
Room Selection Appointment Emailed
Prior to room selection, students will receive an email with their room selection appointment day and time. At that day and time, students are able to pick their room for the selected term.
In-Person Room Selection
Returning students will participate in an in-person room selection at Madigan Gym during their assigned appointment day/time. Each group leader will line up based on their appointment time, and Campus Housing staff will assist each group for 2-3 minutes, walking each group leader or group through the process where there will be large blown up room type layouts and building floor plans. Each floor plan will show which spaces are taken/available, and Campus Housing will set aside spaces for various group sizes.
Add to Cart (Online Room Selection Only)
For new students participating in room selection online, once it is your appointment day/time you will log back into the housing application and pickup where you left off--room selection. Students are able to filter available spaces by room type, building, etc., and are able to see residents already assigned to each space. You'll add your preferred room to cart and proceed, following by assigning yourself (and your group if you're the leader) to each of the bed spaces. If you are the group leader, you'll need to add multiple spaces to cart to accommodate all your group members and manually assign each student to a bed space.
