Group Fitness Instructors Join Maria's Class Meet MariaTraveling through a rich and transformative yoga journey spanning over two decades, Maria's story reflects the profound impact that yoga can have on one’s life and the continuous learning and growth that comes with it. Embarking on a yoga teacher training journey, exploring various styles such as Yoga Tune Up and Yoga Medicine demonstrates her commitment to deepening her understanding of yoga and it’s therapeutic aspects. In Maria's teachings, you can expect a practice focused on strength, function and range of motion while going further towards a holistic approach that goes beyond the physical postures, to address and inspire your overall well being. Join Sam's Class Meet SamSam is a very passionate instructor that has been guiding classes since 2013. With certifications in both fitness and yoga, she loves to blend all of her knowledge to create fun fusion style classes that leave her students strong, happy, and a little sweaty. Being an ex-D1 athlete, she brings the fire and energy as she coaches her students to reach their full potential from minute 1 to minute 60. When she’s not teaching, she is out on adventures with her 2 kids Henry and Barrett as well as spouse Ryan. Whether it’s your first time trying this class or a workout vet, Sam will welcome you in with a smile and a high five! Join Mel's Class Meet MelMel is a mom of 3, multi-book author; including Fierce Kindness and the Indie Book Award Finalist; Yoga to Support Immunity. Mel is on the faculty of the Chopra Yoga 200HR Teacher Training and formerly a YogaWorks senior teacher/ teacher trainer, training many stellar teachers over a 15 year span before launching her own in person/online MelWell studio and MelWell 200hr/300hr advanced training with masterful Rachel Scott and Gil Hedley Ph.D. Mel values growing through joy and heart connection and it is her mission to elevate kindness leaders everywhere. Join Ben's Class Meet BenBen has been teaching cycle for 5+ years, since his days as a PhD student. Now as a professor of interpersonal communication, a raver, and an extrovert, he's driven by both teaching and bringing people together to appreciate and get lost in the beats and rhythms of EDM music. His primary goal is to cultivate an energized, committed community of riders who all come together each week to simply have fun, and break a sweat while doing it. Ben emphasizes constant communication to his riders with what they are about to do and how to do the move, all while counting each set to the BPM so that way each rider is always prepared for what is to come.
